An amazing 92 years. Que descanses en la gloria viejo.
If you are my family please read these words:
Love one another. Settle your differences, especially with family.
Help one another. Be there even when times are hard.
Uplift each other. Unify and leave behind any negativity.
Share fun times and laughter. Healing comes from within.
Our minds and bodies are fully connected.
Take time to reflect on this. Also, know that time is precious.
Do not wait too long to love yourself and care for yourself.
Be the example to others so that they may also find love within themselves.

In loving memory of Rafael Rivera. An amazing and caring father, grandfather, uncle, brother, and friend. Don Rafa “El Gallego” loved cultivation and caring for his family. To his grandkids he was “Abu” and his loving wife Aida was “Mama”. His connection with nature and with the land always reminds us all of the peace and beauty that can be found here on Earth as part of God’s grand creation. He loved passing this knowledge to us in his own humble way. Even when times were rough he always had an encouraging word. His sense of humor made you forget your troubles and his elusive smile could instantly warm your heart. He will be remembered as a loving provider who was always ready for a good time. May he rest in power. We love you eternally Rafael.
A la memoria cariñosa de Rafael Rivera. Un padre, abuelo, tío, hermano y amigo increíble y cariñoso. Don Rafa “El Gallego” amaba el cultivo y el cuidado de su familia. Para sus nietos, él era "Abu" y su amada esposa Aida era "Máma". Su conexión con la naturaleza y con la tierra siempre nos recuerda a todos la paz y la belleza que se pueden encontrar aquí en la Tierra como parte de la gran creación de Dios. Le encantaba transmitirnos este conocimiento a su manera humilde. Incluso cuando los tiempos eran difíciles, siempre tenía una palabra de aliento. Su sentido del humor te hacía olvidar tus problemas y su sonrisa evasiva podía calentar tu corazón al instante. Será recordado como un proveedor amoroso que siempre estuvo listo para pasar un buen rato. Que descanse en el poder. Te amamos eternamente Rafael.
