@bolt_now the company co-founded by @usainbolt ceased operations due to a lack of funding. They have fired hundreds of employees and left dozens of scooters abandoned in over 7 cities across the country including Miami where the company is based. This is the same company whose faulty equipment lead to me breaking my leg in 2019 and requiring surgery and months of physical therapy and lost wages. Now with the company nearing bankruptcy, my mediation with attorneys for a settlement has been canceled. My leg is still in recovery and I have surgical metal in there for the rest of my life. My outstanding hospital bill is upwards of 65K. Meanwhile, this company has gone media silent. No one is talking about this. What would you do in this situation?
